NEW BUSINESS (view video)4. Introduction of an Ordinance Amending Woodside Municipal Code Chapter 115: Stables. (The Town Council will accept public input on proposed changes to the Town’s stable regulations, developed by the Town’s Livestock and Animal Control Committee and designed to facilitate understanding of the regulations. This item has been previously considered on June 26 and July 24, 2007. Certain changes were directed at both meetings, precluding the ordinance’s introduction.) |
PUBLIC HEARING (view video)The Mayor will declare the public hearing open. Town staff will present a staff report on the aspects of the application or issue, which will be followed by staff recommendations. The applicant or his/her representative may make a presentation. Thereafter, those in support of or in opposition to the proposal may speak. When all interested parties have had an opportunity to be heard, the hearing will be closed. After that time, no further discussion from the floor will be held. The Town Council will consider the evidence and either approve, disapprove, or continue the item to a subsequent meeting date. |
